An evaluation, in the form of trial trenching, was undertaken on approximately 8ha of land adjacent to Silver Trees Farm, prior to construction of 3 poultry houses, a manager's bungalow, and associated infrastructure. Three trenches were excavated, of varying lengths from 10m to 20m, towards the north-west corner of the field, selected to traverse 4 anomalies identified in a previous fluxgate gradiometer survey.{1}
