Two trial trenches were excavated in advance of the construction of a new livestock shed at Thorpe le Fallows Farm, on land to the south of Thorpe Lane. An undated north-south aligned furrow was identified, which was truncated by an undated north-south aligned ditch. Immediately to the east of these features was a single undated northwest-southeast aligned ovate posthole. {1}{2}
