A structural appraisal report was carried out on agricultural barns at The Laurels, Quadring Eaudyke in advance of any future conversion or alteration of the buildings. The surveyed buildings date to at least the late 19th century and comprise a single storey north-south aligned storage barn and a one and a half storey east-west aligned barn with a hayloft above. Both buildings are constructed of red brick, under pitched gabled pantile roofs, hipped at the northwest corner. {1}
