A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks for residential development on land to the rear of 6 Lindum Terrace, Lincoln. Extensive disturbance caused by previous 20th century development in this area was noted across the site, and no archaeological features, deposits or finds were encountered. {1}{2}
