A historic building survey undertaken to inform the proposed conversion of a series of agricultural outbuildings to two dwellings. The farm dates to at least the 19th century - historic map analysis shows that the outbuildings retain their late 19th century plan. The outbuildings were all built in red brick, under roofs of slate. They consisted of an L-shape range comprising threshing barn, granary, cart store, and stable, and a single detached north-south aligned range of post-war cattle sheds. {1}{2}
