A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks for the construction of two new residential dwellings on land at 3 Shivean Gate, Moulton. Demolition deposits, refuse pits and the remains of two wells all associated with the previous late post-medieval occupation of this site were identified, but no archaeologically significant features, deposits or finds were encountered. {1}{2}
