A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks for the construction of an extension to the rear of 31 Newland, Lincoln. Layers of modern and late post-medieval demolition debris and dumped material were identified, but no archaeologically significant features, deposits or finds were encountered. {1}{2}
