A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks for the construction of a new agricultural storage building on land at Top Farm, Stainfield. A single probable north to south aligned ditch was the only archaeological feature identified. No finds or dating material were recovered from the fill of the feature, and its exact origin remains uncertain. {1}{2}
