A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks for the construction of a replacement dwelling at Avalon, Middle Street, North Kelsey. An assemblage of 20th century pottery and modern bottle glass fragments was identified, but no archaeologically significant features, deposits or finds were encountered. {1}{2}
