A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks for the construction of a new detached dwelling on land at Francis Street, to the rear of 43 Newport, Lincoln. The monitoring recorded the footings of a late post-medieval boundary wall, but no archaeologically significant features, deposits or finds were encountered. {1}{2}
