Five trial trenches were excavated to inform proposed development at Hillside Farm, off High Street, Snitterby. No features or artefacts of archaeological significance were identified, although a number of late 19th and early 20th century drainage and landscaping cut features were recorded. Some late post-medieval and early modern pottery sherds and glass fragments were found in the backfill of a tree throw. {1}{2}
