Description
Two archaeological test pits were excavated to inform the proposed construction of extensions to Beggars Roost, at Priory Road, Stamford. The investigation recorded layers of modern made ground and rubble to a depth of at least 0.4m, and no archaeological features, deposits or finds were encountered. {1}{2}
