Description

A heritage statement was produced after a site visit and historical research into the former Sessions House, at Sheep Market, Spalding, conducted to inform proposed alterations and conversion of the property. The building is a former court house, constructed in 1843 in a Tudor Gothic style. The building ceased its original function in 2012, after it had been declared unfit for purpose and cases were moved to Boston Magistrates Court. {1}
