Description
An archaeological watching brief was conducted during alterations to the floor of St Denys' Church, Sleaford. Several portions of previously concealed stonework at the bases of the tower piers were exposed and recorded, including a decorated medieval grave cover that had been re-used as part of the south pier base. {1}{2}
