Description
A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks for the construction of a new dwelling on land at 89 High Road, Weston. The remains of two probable ditches were recorded, one of which ran parallel to the alignment of the adjacent road. It was thought possible that the ditches relate to late Saxon and medieval remains previously found to the north of the site, although no finds were recovered, and both features remain undated. {1}{2}
