Description
A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks for new development on land formerly occupied by St Matthew's Church, Lincoln. Brick footings and foundation trenches of the demolished church were identified, but no further archaeological features, deposits or finds were encountered. {1}{2}
