An archaeological scheme of works was conducted during the groundworks for the construction of a new poultry shed and access track at Greetham Bottoms Poultry Farm, Somersby Road, Ashby Puerorum. The groundworks were largely comprised of ground levelling activity, and only a relatively small area of land was stripped, revealing a single undated linear feature. This feature was thought to be the remains of a natural watercourse, however, and no features of archaeological significance were encountered. {1}{2}
