Four test pits were excavated as part of a study of the village of Brinkhill. The test pits encountered only disturbed topsoil and no archaeological features were identified. A single late Neolithic or early Bronze Age flint blade was recovered along with a mixed assemblage of largely 19th and 20th century material.
