Description

Excavation of the Roman site at Street Furlongs was continued in 2011, by the University of Kent. A trench, previously excavated in 2002-4, was re-opened and expanded, with significant Roman remains being exposed. {1} The archive generated by this project was added to those generated from previous investigations. {2}
