A site visit was undertaken to assess the impact of proposed development on land at Wardentree Lane, Pinchbeck. No further archaeological features were identified, though a few surface finds of later medieval Bourne-type pottery were identified (but not retained). The sherds very likely formed part of manuring scatters, deposited during past agricultural activity. {1}
