Description

A small excavation was undertaken by Archaeological Project Services in December 1980 at 22 Roman Way, Ancaster after the lower courses of a Roman building were revealed in a foundation trench for the new bungalow. Excavation revealed further evidence of two Roman buildings and infant burials. {1}
