A scheme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks for residential development at Blenheim Road, Lincoln. Layers of imported made ground were recorded, from which a very small assemblage of redeposited late 18th to 19th century pottery and clay pipe were identified. The deposits were clearly associated with the development of this area in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, however, and no archaeologically significant features, deposits or finds were encountered. {1}{2}
