Description

An archaeological evaluation was undertaken to inform the construction of a proposed new boundary wall to the kitchen garden at Kingerby Hall. Four test pits and a trench were excavated and revealed evidence of demolition, landscaping and the rebuilding of the existing hall and the possible excavation of the medieval moat. {1}{2}
