Description
An archaeological watching brief was conducted during groundworks for the construction of extensions and alterations to Danesgarth, at Mill Lane, Scamblesby. No archaeologically significant features or deposits were encountered, although a single redeposited sherd of late medieval pottery was recovered. {1}{2}
