A second phase of magnetometry survey was conducted to inform the proposed construction of a new electricty substation on land to the north of Boston Road, Kirkby la Thorpe. Few magnetic anomalies of clearly archaeological origin were identified, although two possible curvilinear features of unknown date were recorded along the northern site boundary. {1}{2}
