Description
A watching brief was undertaken during groundworks for an extension to Greenacres, Washdyke Lane, Mumby, in 2005, by Marc Berger Archaeological Contractor. Two ditch features, one a boundary ditch visible on the 1891 Ordnance Survey map and the other containing 11th to 12th century pottery were revealed. {1}{2}
