Description
An archaeological watching brief was conducted during groundworks for the construction of a new garage at 7 St Catherines, Lincoln. A metalled surface almost certainly associated with the medieval priory of St Catherines was recorded, with fragments of mid 12th to 14th century roof tile being recovered from its make-up deposit. {1}{2}
