Description
During January to May 2006 a watching brief was undertaken on six trenches by Mike Jarvis Archaeological Servies during groundworks associated with the construction of a canopy and enclosure of the existing outdoor market stalls at Cornhill Market, Lincoln. Undated, although probably 19th century, foundations and 20th century dump deposits were found. {1}{2}
