Description
TF 09 SE OSGODBY OWERSBY ROAD Kirkby 8/38 Kirk House II House; 1684 with C19 alterations; rendered brick, pantile roof with single external stepped wall stack and an axial brick ridge stack. Lobby entry plan. 2 storey front with plinth and 1st floor band; Irregular 4 bay front with off centre C19 plank door with to left 2, three light casements with single transome and to right a single similar window. lst floor has 2 under eaves 3 light casements. Interior has beams with simple chamfered shield stops and a fireplace beam inscribed "1684". The roof is a through purlin collar and tie beam type and has mud and stud partitions.
