Description
TF 07 NW NETTLEHAM HIGH STREET (south side) 5/49 Ash Tree Farmhouse G.V. II House. Late C18 with C19 and C20 alterations. Coursed limestone rubble with concrete tiled and pantiled hipped roofs, having 2 wall and one ridge stacks. Parallel range, the front of 2 storeys and 3 bays with central half glazed door covered by C20 glazed porch and flanked by single canted C19 bays with plain sashes and flat lead roofs. To the first floor are 3 C19 plain sashes with splayed segmental stone heads. The rear has a pantile roof and is 2 storey, 4 bay, with an off centre C20 door, flanked by to left 2 C18 glazing bar sashes and to right a single similar window. To first floor are 4 glazing bar sashes. All openings have segmental brick heads. To right is a further hipped building not included. Listing NGR: TF0043075227
