Description
REEPHAM HIGH STREET TF 07 SW (north side) 3/46 The Old Manor House and Lawris Cottage II House, now 2 cottages. Mid C18. Coursed limestone rubble. Pantile roof with tile coped gables with small kneelers, broad irregular stone band at eaves, 2 gable stacks and single ridge stack. 2 storey and garret. 6 bay front with lobby entrance. Doorway to right with bracketed hood, plain broad doorcase and partially glazed door. Casement to the right with plain sash beyond and blocked opening between. Plain sash to the left of doorway with doorway beyond with partially glazed door. Plain sash to left, beyond. All the ground-floor windows with segmental heads. 4 windows above, with 2 plain sashes to left, a casement and plain sash to right, all with painted wooden lintels. Red brick extension to rear. Interior C18 painted oak staircase with turned bannisters and moulded handrail. Listing NGR: TF0373073695
