Description
SK 99 SE BISHOP NORTON FRONT STREET 3/6 Rosedene II Cottage. Early C18 with C19 alterations and addition. Coursed limestone rubble and partially squared limestone with ashlar, brick and stucco dressings. Pantile roof with stone coped gables and kneelers, 2 gable and 1 ridge brick stacks. 2 storey, 4 bay front, originally 3 C18 bays with right hand bay being a C19 addition. The offcentre planked door has brick reveals and a segmental head, with to left a single 2 light Yorkshire glazing bar sash and to right 2 glazing bar sashes with splayed stucco lintels. To first floor the left hand window is a 2 light Yorkshire glazing bar sash, and to right 2 further glazing bar sashes, all 3 windows to eaves. Listing NGR: SK9847292652
