Description

SKILLINGTON CHURCH STREET (north side) Stables at The Abbey SK 82 NE 5/127 G.V. Grade II Stables. Late C18, altered Cl9. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins, red brick dressings, pantile roof. 2 storey, 7 bay front having 3 planked stable doors. 2 glazing bar fixed lights and 2 cast iron ventilators, all with segmental brick heads and brick reveals. To first floor 4 semi-circular headed openings with cast iron ventilators to lower panels. Included for group value only. Listing NGR: SK8949125903
