Description
IRNHAM CORBY ROAD TF 0226-0326 (south side) 13/178 Gateway, railings to Churchyard of Church of St.Andrew G.V. II Gates, gatepiers and railings. 1866. Ashlar, wrought and cast iron and timber. Pair of wooden gates with wrought iron spearheads to top rail, flanked by square ashlar piers, with stopped and chamfered sides, on bell moulded tall bases, having cornice and embattled parapet. Curved screen walls terminating in similar piers support cast iron side screens with spear finials. Listing NGR: TF0236326741
