The descriptive notes should be amended to read: Mid C19. Large 3-storeyed house in gault brick with resticated quoins. Slate roof. String between ground and first floors. 3-1 windows. Windows in shouldered stone architraves, string continues cills, which are ontabs. Ground floor windows have shouldered architrave with keystone, which lengthens to plinths height and encloses labels. Passage door to left. Modified Ionic doorcase in stone. Modillion eaves cornice. Group value note should be amended to read: Nos 20 to 26 (even) Left-Hand section of premises occupied by Electricit Board and Nos 30 to 46 (even) form a group 1146 NORTH PARADE (East side) No. 26 (North House) SK 9156 SW 7/91 II GV Mid C19. Large 3-storey house in gault brick with rusticated quoins and bands in stone. Modified Doric doorcase in stone. 5 windows, centre (3) breaks forward. Wood eaves cornice, Slate roof.
