Description
COLSTERWORTH HIGH STREET SK 92 SW (east side) 8/8 No.53 II Cottage. Early C18, altered early C20. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings. Pantile roof with 2 brick gable stacks. 2 storey, 3 bay front. Central half glazed door, flanked by single 3 light C20 casements. Door and window openings with flat lintels and keystones. The lintels join together into an ashlar band. To first floor a central 2 light window flanked by similar windows. The first floor windows have probably been lowered. Interior retains chamfered beam with run out stop. Listing NGR: SK9300423906
