Description
1. 1671 ST MAHTIN'S (East Side) No 35 TF 0306 2/218 22.5.54. II* GV 2. Early-mid C18. 2 storeys and attics in ashlar with coursed rubble to sides. 3 cambered dormers. Rusticated quoins. Dentil eaves cornice. 5 windows, double- hung sashes with glazing bars, large triple keystones and rusticated architraves. Bands at cill level. Rusticated doorway with moulded pediment and multiple keystone Door of 6 fielded panels under rectangular fanlight with glazing bars. Interior:- staircase of the period and some rooms with panelling but no fireplaces. Inset foot scraper. See also Nos 1 and 2 Burghley Lane.
