Description
1. 1671 ST MARTIN'S (East Side) No 30 TF 0306 2/213 22.5.54. II* GV 2. Mid C18. 3 storeys in ashlar. 3 windows in plain reveals with straight stone arches, double-hung sashes with glazing bars. Stone bands at cills. First floor has full length centre window and later wood balcony of good design. Porch with 2 Greek Doric columns, a third similar column supports end of balcony. A splayed 3-light bay window on ground floor under balcony in wood and stone with "Gothic" glazing bars. Nos 18 to 38 (consec) and the Church of St Martin form a group. Listing NGR: TF0317006648
