Description
1. 1671 TF 0307 1/77 22.5.54 BROAD STREET (West Side) No 52 II* GV 2. at west end of street, in centre of road facing east. Mid C18. 2 storeys and attics in painted ashlar. Hipped stone slate roof with 2 cambered dormers, double-hung sashes with glazing bars. Moulded wood eaves cornice. Block rusticated quoins. Moulded plinth. 2 large windows in moulded stone surrounds with triple keystone, double-hung sashes with glazing bars. Modern glazing bars on ground floor. Early C19 central doorway with fluted pilasters and paterae, open pediment. Rectangular fanlight with glazing bars. One brick and one moulded stone stack. Same premises as No 3 Crown Street (qv). Nos 50 to 52 (consec) form a group. Listing NGR: TF0292707185
