Description
1. 1671 BROAD STREET (South Side) No 37 TF 0307 1/430 II GV 2. C18. Same roof as No 36 (qv), hipped to corner of Ironmonger Street. 2 storey in ashlar with block rustication to right quoin. 1 window in moulded stone surround, no glazing bars. C19 and modern shop window, dentil cornice to fascia. Door in quoin. 2 windows to Ironmonger Street elevation and small shop front. Nos 36 to 40 (consec) form a group. In line one of the descriptive notes "same as No 36 (qv)" should be omitted The group value note should be amended to read Nos 37 to 40 (consec) form a group.
