Description
1. 1671 BROAD STREET (North Side) No 10 TF 0307 1/57 22.5.54. II GV 2. Modernised C18. 2 storeys and attics in ashlar. Stone slate roof with one stone and one brick chimney stack. 3 windows in stone surround with keystone and band continuing cilia, marginal glazing to double-hung sashes. Plinth. 2 gabled dormers. Ground floor has 2 windows, segmental heads, moulded architraves. High doorway with rectangular fanlight and carved ward spandrels. Shop front has 3 chanelled rusticated pilasters and small dentil cornice to fascia, but is comparatively modern. No 1, Railings and terrace to No 1, No2, Wall and gates to No 2, Nos 3, 4, Warden's House to No 4 and Nos 5 to 11 (consec) form a group. Listing NGR: TF0303107293
