Description
DENTON HARSTON ROAD SK 8632-8732 (south side) 10/61 Boathouse in Denton Park II Boathouse. c.1880, possibly by Sir Arthur Blomfield. Red brick with ashlar dressings, slate roof with stone kneelers and ball finials. Semi-circular ashlar archway with imposts, stands directly on lakeside, providing covered mooring for boat. Designed as part of Denton Park landscape for the Welby family. Listing NGR: SK8629432342
