Description
TF 03 NW BRACEBY AND SAPPERTON MAIN STREET (north side) 3/5 Braceby Laburnum Cottage G.U. II Formerly 2 cottages, now one cottage. Late C18 with alterations of 1853. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings; pantile roof with cut down moulded stone gable stacks. Two storey, 4 bay front with 2 central doors, that on the left now blocked and used as a window, flanked by single 2 light glazing bar casements. Above are 2 glazing bar Yorkshire sashes with splayed stone lintels. The rear has a catslide roof to single storey and a datestone of 1853. Listing NGR: TF0168135397
