SK 94 SE ANCASTER OFF ROOKERY LANE SUDBROOK 6/11 Stables at Sudbrook Old Hall G.V. II Originally stables, converted into cottages in C19, now used as store. Circa 1720 with C19 alterations. Painted coursed limestone rubble with ashlar dressings and quoins; pantile roof with stone coped gables and two brick ridge stacks. Two storey, irregular C19 fenestration resulting from later conversion to cottages. Single doors, and 7 irregular, partially and completely blocked window openings, 4 windows on upper floor.
