Description
SK 94 NE CAYTHORPE OFF POTTERGATE ROAD (west side) 4/64 Bleak House II Farm house; 1806 with refronting of 1878. Ashlar with slate roof, stone coped gables, 2 moulded gable stacks. 2 storey plus attics with double first floor moulded string course, arranged as advanced gabled entry bay flanked by single canted bays with large oversailing kneelers to gabled roofs. Central panelled half glazed door with traceried fanlight under delicate moulded string course which rises over the fanlight and runs out to either side of the entry bay. Flanked by single two light plain sash windows with wooden mullions. On the first floor are three pairs of tall segmental headed plain sash windows. Above are three further sets of smaller similar windows. Listing NGR: SK9601549177
