Description
ALFORD EAST STREET TF 4476-4576 (west side) 5/8 No.29,( Welland House ) 20-5-53 G.V. II House. c.1830, altered C20. Red brick with hipped slate roof, 2 tall wall stacks. 2 storey, 3 bay front with central half glazed panelled door flanked by Doric columns supporting a C20 gabled roof. To either side are single thin glazing bar sashes with splayed rubbed brick flat heads. To first floor are 3 similar windows. Listing NGR: TF4576276465
