Description
SWINSTEAD HIGH STREET TF 0022-0122 (south side) 15/219 No.29 and 31 and 30.10.68 workshop G.V. II House. C17, altered late C18, C19 and C20. Coursed limestone rubble, with ashlar dressings, red brick, yellow pantile roof with raised stone coped gables, 2 red brick gable stacks. Single storey, plus attics, 4 bay front having off-centre half glazed door with to left a 2 light casement window and beyond a single plain sash with segmental ashlar head and keyblock. To right a single similar window. To roof at eaves level 4 raking dormers with rendered cheeks. To rear a C19 red brick workshop with pantile roof and crested ridge. Single storey 3 bay front having central planked doors flanked by single large top hung glazing bar lights. Listing NGR: TF0165322506
