Description
SCHEDULE 1. EXETER COURT East Side) TF 0206 1/87 Nos 7 to 11 (consec) TF 0207 1/87 22.5.54. II GV 2. Off north side of St. Peter's Street, 5 cottages of 2 storeys i 1 range. Stone Mansard roof, and 1 dormer each. Probably late C17. Windows have had wood frames of this date, with leaded lattices of which 1 remains. Ground floor windows have outside shutters. Stret front has a hipped gable and a canted 2 storey stone bay with 4 light windows to both storeys. Door in plain frame with rusticated Keystone. The opposite side of the Court has been demolished, providing an open space in front of the condition at times of survey. A pleasant group of small cottage buildings Nos 7 to 11 (consec) form a group. The above entry shall be amended to read:- 1. 1671 EXETER COURT Nos 7 to 11 (consec) TF 0206 1/87 22.5.54. No 12 TF 0207 1/87 II GV 2. Forms 1 block with No.26 St Peter's Street, North side (q.v.). 6 cottages of 2 storeys in 1 range. Stone. Mansard roof and 1 dormer each. Probably late C17 Windows have had wood frames of this date, with leaded lattices of which 1 remains. Ground floor windows have outside shutters. The opposite side of the court has been demolished. Street front has a hipped gable and a canted 2 storey stone bay with 4 light windows to both storeys. Door in plain frame with rusticated keystone. The opposite side of the Court has been demolished, providing an open space in front of the remaining cottages. In poor condition at time of survey. A pleasant group of small cottage buildings.
