Description
1. 1671 SCOTGATE (North Side) Nos 70 to 73 (consec) TF 0207 1/7 22.5.54. II GV 2. See also Nos 14 and 15 All Saints' Place, which is part of the same item. One range in coursed rubble, built on the curve of tyre comer of All Saints' Place. Late C18. 2 storeys and attics. Mansarded roof with dormers, double-hung sash with glazing bars. Range of 8 windows, double-hung sashes with glazing bars, all of 3 lights, wood lintels. Ground floor has one window, modern double-hung sash with glazing bars and one large modern shop front. No 15 has 2 3-light windows, restored and modern door under wood lintel. This item has been considerably altered recently, but is still included, as part of a group with properties in All Saints' Place. Nos 70 to 73 (consec) form a group. Listing NGR: TF0271107180
