BELTON & MANTHORPE SK9339 MAIN STREET, Belton 1315-0/9/63 (East side) 21/09/79 Old Rectory (Formerly Listed as: VILLAGE STREET The Old Rectory) II Former rectory, now a house. Late C17, with mid and late C19 additions and alterations. Coursed squared stone with ashlar dressings and steep pitched glazed pantile and slate roofs. 2 renewed rendered brick gable stacks. 2 storeys; 6 window range of C19 wooden framed cross casements with wooden cornices. Off-centre C19 flat roofed ashlar porch covering a half-glazed door, and on either side, two 2-light wooden framed cross casements with leaded glazing and wooden cornices. To left, a similar 3-light casement. At the rear, a late C19 brick 2 storey addition with flat roof. Double rear wings have large side wall stack and C19 ridge and gable stacks.
